I believe what you published made a ton of sense. But, what about this? what if you added a little information? I ain't suggesting your information isn't good., however suppose you added something that grabbed folk's attention? I mean PHP-I=BOARD [ RES] is a little plain. You could look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create news headlines to grab viewers interested. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written. In my opinion, it would bring your website a little livelier.
